Do I need to be a MuchSkills customer to use your services? 

Most services are designed for MuchSkills customers, but some – including skills taxonomy design – can be delivered as standalone projects regardless of which platform you use. Talk to us about your specific situation.

How long does a typical engagement take? 

It depends on the scope. A skills taxonomy for a mid-market organisation typically takes 2-4 weeks. A full onboarding and implementation engagement runs eight to twelve weeks. A complete programme covering taxonomy, onboarding, calibration, and governance runs over several months. Every engagement is scoped individually.

Do you offer fixed packages or is everything scoped individually? 

Everything is scoped to your organisation's specific needs. There is no minimum engagement size and no package you are required to fit into.
