Your partner badge is a list of names
Partner certification tracking for alliance and resource leaders at IT services firms. The badge on your website is only as current as the list of certified people behind it.
MuchSkills keeps that list live, person by person, so nobody finds your tier short on renewal day.
The badge is only as current as the list
On renewal day the vendor asks for 6 technical certifications and your sheet says 6. Two of those holders left in spring, so you hold 4.
Leavers
Someone resigns and their certificates leave with them. The count drops that day, and the sheet still shows the old number.
Expiries
Certificates lapse quietly. The holder forgets, and the number behind the badge stops being true.
One spreadsheet
The alliance lead updates it by hand and is the only one who understands it.
Tenders
Bids ask for certified people by name. If the list is stale, so is your answer.
A partner tier is a count of certified named people.

AWS certification counts by tier
| Tier | Foundational | Technical | of which Professional or Specialty |

Tiers also need accreditations, launched opportunities and more, so this is one part of the check.
Prove every count
Each certificate holds the issuer, licence number, issue and expiry dates, proof file, credential URL and validation status, so every number behind your badge has a named holder and a file.
See expiries before the renewal
Reports, Certifications shows active, about to expire and expired certificates by vendor, team or manager, with CSV export. Holders get reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days and on the day.
The platform also made it easy for us to track and report on technical certifications across numerous vendors, notify the right people when certifications were close to expiring…
Keep leavers on record
Records and change history stay for former employees. One audit download gives you every certificate and proof file, theirs included.
From a count to a plan
We are releasing partner level monitoring: you state which vendor programmes and tiers you must hold, and MuchSkills keeps checking you have enough certified people for each, as people join and leave and certificates expire.
Badges without retyping
With a Credly Workforce licence, each employee opts in and badges from AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Red Hat and others sync. Without one, we import spreadsheets or vendor exports in onboarding.
A gap becomes a plan
Set a certificate as a development goal for many people at once, and see who is on track before the vendor looks.
Tenders with certified people
CV Inventory, part of the Consulting Suite or on its own, puts your live MuchSkills data into tender CVs that your team tailors and approves.
Resource managers already track vendor certificates here
Blue Mantis and Versent track their people’s vendor certifications in MuchSkills.
Your HR system keeps the list honest
Joiners and leavers come from your HR system, so the count stays current without retyping. People who leave are deactivated, never deleted, so their certificate history stays.
Customer personal data is hosted in the EU and we are GDPR compliant. Our ISMS is aligned to ISO/IEC 27001, with certification in progress. Details are in our Trust Center.
Straight answers on partner certification tracking
How do you track partner certifications?
One record per certificate, per person, with dates and proof, reported by vendor and status. MuchSkills does this today and reminds holders before expiry. Partner level monitoring is being released.
What do AWS partner tiers require?
The tool above shows the certification counts for Select, Advanced and Premier and where you are short. Tiers also need accreditations, launched opportunities and more.
Does it work for Microsoft and Cisco partner programmes?
Yes for the certificates: they are tracked today, per person, with expiry and proof. Checking them against each programme’s tier requirements is part of partner level monitoring, which we are releasing.
Does it connect to Credly?
Yes, with a Credly Workforce licence: each employee opts in and their badges sync. Without one, we import existing certificates during onboarding.
Does it replace a partner relationship management tool?
No. PRM tools are for vendors managing their channel. MuchSkills is for the partner proving its own people: who holds which certificate, when it expires and what evidence backs it up.
What does it cost?
Most plans combine an annual platform fee with a price per user, billed yearly. Compliance is an organisation licence priced on the people whose certificates you track. Onboarding is sized to your organisation and quoted before you sign. Book a demo and we will send you a quote.

Do we still meet AWS Advanced after the spring leavers?
Yes, by one. 7 technical certified against 6 needed. Two renewals fall due in 90 days and both holders have been reminded.
