THE AGREEMENT
These form the contract between MuchSkills and a customer organisation. On a conflict they rank in this order: your order form, then the Data Processing Agreement on data protection, the AI Addendum on AI features, the Professional Services Terms on services, then the Enterprise Terms, then the Supplemental Terms.

We republished the MuchSkills legal terms as a fuller set, expanding it from five documents to thirteen.
Added to the set
A Data Processing Agreement, including the Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum; an Acceptable Use Policy; an AI Addendum with a model and system fact sheet; a Service Description and Service Levels; a Security Overview; Professional Services Terms; a Vulnerability Disclosure Policy; and a plain-English explainer, Our Approach to AI. An Accessibility Statement and a DORA Addendum are also available.
Introduced in these documents
Contractual security commitments and personal data breach notification; a published sub-processor list with a right to object; international transfer terms; availability and support targets; data export and deletion on exit; allocation of responsibilities under the EU AI Act; and restrictions on the categories of data that may be put into the platform.

If you were already a customer
For customers and users who joined before 22 August 2026, these terms take effect on 21 September 2026. Until then, the previous version continues to apply to your account. Your pricing and plan are unchanged.
