This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website, why, and the choices you have. Use of the MuchSkills platform is covered by a separate Privacy Policy, and cookies by a separate Cookie Policy. For data collected through the website, MuchSkills is the controller. 3. How we use your data
To send the newsletter you asked for; to answer sales and meeting enquiries; to measure and improve the website; and to comply with our legal obligations. We never sell personal data.
4. Cookies
We use cookies on the website for the purposes and on the consent basis described in our separate Cookie Policy at https://www.muchskills.com/legal/cookie-policy. Rejecting non-essential cookies disables all non-essential tracking. Where a third party operates our consent tool on our behalf, it acts as our processor and is shown in the live cookie declaration.

The table above is the current list of website providers as at the last-updated date and is maintained here; the sub-processor list on the trust centre covers the providers that process personal data in the MuchSkills platform and does not cover website providers. The live cookie declaration, reachable from the Cookie Policy, shows the providers whose cookies are actually set at any time.
6. International transfers
Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, or on the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards. We do not rely on any transfer mechanism that has been invalidated.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@muchskills.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also complain to IMY (www.imy.se).
8. Data retention
We keep data only as long as necessary: newsletter and enquiry data until it is no longer needed and then deleted or anonymised; analytics data for the storage duration shown for each cookie in the live cookie declaration; and any data we must keep to meet a legal obligation for the period the law requires.
9. How we protect your data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption, access controls and regular backups. If you have any concern, contact privacy@muchskills.com.
10. Children
The website is not directed to children. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal data, we delete it promptly.
11. Changes and contact
