Yes. MuchSkills is an SAP partner with a native integration to SAP SuccessFactors: it syncs people and organisation data from Employee Central, about every five hours, and connects skills to development activity in SAP SuccessFactors Learning, and SAP lists it as working with Employee Central, Performance & Goals and Talent Management. As standard the integration reads from SuccessFactors and changes nothing there. If you want skills data back in SuccessFactors, use the MuchSkills API or have us build a custom integration.
