How does MuchSkills track certification expiry?

MuchSkills records every certificate with its issuer, licence number, issue and expiry dates, proof file and validation status, and alerts both the employee and their manager before it expires, typically at 90, 60 and 30 days and on the day. Reports show which certificates are active, about to expire or expired, by person, vendor, role or site, and certificates the issuer has retired are reported separately.
