We already have an LMS. Why do we need MuchSkills?

An LMS records what people were assigned and completed; MuchSkills records what they can do, at what level, and where the gaps are. A course completion tells you someone sat the training, and it cannot tell you who can lead a Kubernetes migration next month. MuchSkills connects to one or several learning platforms at once, such as Skillsoft Percipio and Udemy, and links courses to the skills and certificates each role needs, so every employee sees which course closes their gap. Because the link runs through skills, you can change LMS vendor without rebuilding your skills data.
