Is MuchSkills employee surveillance?

No. MuchSkills has no passive capture: nothing reads messages, email, screens, keystrokes or calendars. Every skill on a profile comes from a known source, the employee, their manager, an administrator or an import your organisation chose to run, and changes are logged with who made them and when. Employees add and rate their own skills on a 1 to 9 scale, and managers can add their own assessment alongside. Nothing is gathered about anyone in the background.
