What does MuchSkills do about GDPR?

MuchSkills is GDPR compliant, hosts customer personal data in the EU and has a published Data Processing Agreement. Personal data comes only from your HR system and from people inside your organisation: the employee, their manager and administrators. MuchSkills does no scraping and no analysis of email, chat or documents, which keeps the record of processing short and specific and a data protection officer's review simpler. Sub-processors and security documents are published in the MuchSkills Trust Center, and customer data is never used to train third-party AI models.
