Does MuchSkills use AI, and is our data used to train AI models?

MuchSkills uses AI to help people work with skills data, for example search that understands abbreviations and related technologies, suggested skill requirements for a role that an administrator reviews, and guidance on development goals. Customer data is never used to train third-party AI models, and that is a contractual commitment in the MuchSkills AI Addendum. The AI features run on Google Gemini through Vertex AI and on the OpenAI API, both listed on the sub-processor list, and skills data is minimised before it reaches a model, so on its own it does not identify a person.
