Is MuchSkills a high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act?

MuchSkills' AI features are decision support: they generate content and indicators, such as suggested skills, draft development plans or an indicative level, for a person to review, and they do not make, rank or decide anything about individuals on their own. The terms prohibit using an AI output as the sole basis for a decision about a person, such as hiring, promotion or pay. MuchSkills assesses each AI feature's classification under AI law before releasing or materially changing it, and the AI Addendum includes a model and system fact sheet for your own assessment.
