Growth Goals 2.0: Bigger, better, smarter
Our users have already set 10,000 goals and we are taking this to the next level! Here’s what’s new:
- Managers can now set goals for employees.
- Celebrate achievements with high fives, hearts and other emojis.
- An updated goal view to track upcoming, in-progress, and achieved goals.
- New, improved growth goal reports to help managers and L&D professionals pinpoint organisational needs with ease.
