Before inviting employees to join MuchSkills, it’s important to set up the roles they'll identify with. Organisations can define key roles – such as Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, or Frontend Developer – and specify the skills that matter most for each.
Thanks to MuchSkills’ AI-powered role analysis, this is way faster and smarter than before. Here’s what you can do:
· Log into MuchSkills
· Go to ‘Team/Org’ click on ‘Create AI powered list’ in the top left column
· Enter a role title or description of the role, and the AI suggests the most relevant skills and recommended proficiency levels based on your organisation’s skills taxonomy.
Once employees join and create their individual skills profiles, they’ll be able to select from the roles the organisation has already set up and choose the roles and skills relevant to them. You’ll instantly see how well their skills align with the role requirements – clearly highlighting both strengths and gaps. This gives you valuable insights to kickstart meaningful development conversations and support each employee’s growth from day one.
