MuchSkills makes it possible for you to keep your profile private, just for yourself and your team or completely public for the world to see your skills and strengths.
Creating your strengths profile can sometimes take a little bit of introspection. It's not always that you have to actively think about your strengths and skills which is why we make it possible for you to keep your profile private while you're creating your profile. Once you believe you have a version of yourself that reflects the skills that you enjoy working with and are good at, you can toggle your profile Public or Private.
It's easy and always accessible to you.
