Skills growth and goal setting

This has been a feature long coming. How can one set personal goals and be able to keep a track of them. Well, it's finally here! 🎉 It's a simple feature for now, but will get a ton of new updates shortly. To set personal goals, simply click on the [new] MY GROWTH tab on the top navigation.

Here you will be able to set new skill goals for yourself. You can add a brand new skill or simply choose to upskill yourself in a skillset you have been working with.

This is a long due update, but is also the first step towards an improved dashboard experience. For now you'll be able to keep a track of when you last updated your skill profile as well as get important notifications regarding your skill retrospectives and more.

We will keep updating this dashboard to make it even more meaningful to our users, so keep a look out... or we'll just send you an email update 🥳

Availability - This feature is being redesigned to become more useful has been removed from the platform for now. We will be adding a totally new Availability and Utilization component within our next releases. We hope you're not mad 🙈

Emojis:
Custom skills manager now has a little Emoji 🥳 feature. Add little emojis to your lists, to make it easier to spot when browsing what custom skills to update. Because everyone loves emojis.
