Custom Skill Categories

We understand that every team has specific skills and expertise areas relevant only to them and to their specific team, which is why we have created a custom skills functionality that allows our Pro Teams to be able to add their own skills to the database, making sure that their team members are picking the skills that you as a team and organisation have defined for them.

You can now easily specify Domain Expertise, Functional Expertise, Responsibility areas or anything else as additional skill blocks apart from our standard Job Focus, Soft Skills and Technical Skills.

The skills that the administrator adds to their Team's Skills Database gets automatically searchable by the team member while they are setting up their skills profile.
