While creating strength based project teams, it's important for co-workers to have a clear understanding of their colleagues availability in order to ensure a successful project team. MuchSkills makes it possible for individuals to easily set their availability dependent on if they are already occupied in projects, are on vacation or are on parental leave.
And because it's possible for individuals to have custom days off such as in the case of parental leave, the simple tool allows individuals to quickly share their availability with everyone.
