Steps

  1. Bring your people in. Leavers are deactivated, never deleted, so certificate history stays on record.
  2. Set up certification lists. The certificates each role or site needs, with expiry alerts.
  3. Collect certificates from employees. Employees add certificates and proof themselves.
  4. Sync Credly badges. If you have Credly Workforce, badges arrive on their own.
  5. Set up validated competences. Competences that a manager or assessor has confirmed.
  6. Validate skills and give badges. Managers confirm what people can do.
  7. Report on certifications. All certificates, by vendor and per list.
  8. Enforce single sign-on and 2FA. Control who can sign in.
  9. Export certification history. Pull the full certificate history into your own systems through the API.
