We already have an LMS. Does MuchSkills replace it?

No. MuchSkills works next to it. Connect it where a connector exists, or link learning content to skills, so each gap comes with a way to close it.

How do we get employees to fill in their skills?

Start with the skills your company wants each role to specify, invite managers first, and launch with a clear reason. Step 5 of Get started covers the launch.

Can managers validate what employees say?

Yes. Managers validate skills and give badges from My Circle.
