Frequently asked questions
We already have a skills module in our HCM. Why add MuchSkills?
MuchSkills works as the skills layer on top of your HCM: people data stays in your HCM, and MuchSkills adds the skills, certificates and planning views people actually keep up to date.
Can we limit which countries or companies are synced?
Yes. Filter in your HCM so only people in scope leave it, or use a country filter in MuchSkills.
Where is our data hosted?
In the EU, on Amazon Web Services in Stockholm. Security details are in the Trust Center at trust.muchskills.com.
