How to find people fast with Discover

Discover helps you find the right people in seconds. Looking for a Python developer, an expert in a specific area or someone with a particular certificate? Search, filter and compare people in one place.

Where to find Discover

Go to TeamOrg > Discover.

Two ways to search

Quick search

Type a skill, for example Python, and press Enter. You see everyone with that skill.

Smart search with AI

Switch from Quick to Smart on the right of the search bar. Smart search is best when you don't know the exact skill name or want to combine several skills, for example "AWS and EKS expert".

The AI works out what you mean. It reads AWS as Amazon Web Services and EKS as Kubernetes, and it also looks for related technologies. Click the details link on the results to see exactly what it searched for.

Filter the results

Use the filters on the left, before or after you search:

Availability, including availability per month
Department
Location
Role
Tags
Manager
Job title

For example: someone with Python, available in December, in Engineering, based in London or Gothenburg.

Understand each person at a glance

Each result shows:

Name, title and availability
How much they work and their general availability per month
An AI-generated summary of the person
An AI-generated competence level

Click View all to see all their skills and certificates, or open the person to see their full profile.
